Square Enix Gives Us Another Look At The Marvel’s Avengers Game

With another new trailer, Square Enix gives us a look at the gameplay in the upcoming Marvel’s Avengers game.

Last month, fans were disappointed to learn that Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix decided to delay the Marvel’s Avengers game until September 2020. However, most agree that we’d rather see the studios release a good game late than a bad game on time.

As a way to keep fans excited for the game’s eventual release, Square Enix released a short trailer featuring some new gameplay. It’s a very short trailer but one that shows Ms Marvel, Thor, Cap, Iron Man and Hulk in action.

Along with the trailer, Square Enix also announced the game’s two special editions, the Deluxe and the Earth’s Mightiest release.

Those who pre-order Marvel’s Avengers will get 72-hour early access to the beta version of the game, as well as Legacy Outfit and an exclusive nameplate.

Those who pre-order via the PlayStation Store will get added bonuses, such as an emote for Ms Marvell, Ms Marvel nameplate, 1000 in-game credits and the Marvel’s Avengers: Hex Pattern Logo theme.

Those who buy the Deluxe Edition of the game will get six character outfits and six obsidian nameplates.

The Earth’s Mightiest Edition comes packed with the usual digital bonuses but, more importantly, it includes a bunch of impressive-looking merch, including a 12 inch Captain America statue, a steel book case, a Hulk bobblehead, Mjolnir keychain, Black Widow belt buckle, blueprints of Iron Man’s armour, a Kamala Khan honorary Avenger pin and an Avengers group photo.

Marvel’s Avengers is set to release on the 4th of September for the PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Google Stadia.
