One thing that has never changed about superheroes is that most of them are good looking and ripped, especially the on-screen versions of your favorite Marvel characters in the MCU. You’d be surprised at what Marvel actors have to do to get swole for their role and we’re here to let you know how you could end up looking just like Thor…or you could not follow their intense and grueling workouts and become Fat Thor. That works too.

When talking about the most jacked MCU actors, at least two of the three Chris’ come to mind: Evans and Hemsworth. Chris Evans looks like a man handcrafted by a Greek God for all of humanity to admire for ages to come. We’re sure we’re not the only ones who feel that way. If Chris Evans isn’t your type, then maybe Chris Hemsworth is. While Chris Evans may be a Greek God without knowing it, Hemsworth plays a Norse God in the MCU, known as Thor. We’re sure you’ve heard of him before. If neither of these Chris’ float your boat, then maybe you just respect the transformation Chris Pratt went through. He went from a chubby comedian to a chiseled hunk.
