Marvel Studios absolutely took over San Diego Comic-Con 2019 with major announcement after major announcement. As you could expect, here at CBR, we couldn’t be more excited for the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Marvel Studios revealed the entire Phase 4 slate and it’s going to be wild! Now that we finally have a glimpse of what the future of the MCU may hold, we have plenty of burning questions that we hope to see answered in Phase 4 or even Phase 5. That works too.

There’s a lot of confusion surrounding the new Captain America, Sam Wilson, and his new MCU show, Falcon and the Winter Soldier, but we know Sam will be suiting up as the new Cap in the series. Since it’s set after Avengers: Endgame, shouldn’t it be called Captain America and the Winter Soldier? It does sound a lot like the second Captain America movie, but at least it’s not misleading. It’s a bit disappointing not to see Nova get his own movie in Phase 4. Kevin Feige has hinted at a Nova movie for so long, but it doesn’t look like it’ll happen in Phase 4. Maybe he’ll make a cameo in Phase 5’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3?
