The U.K.'s Push for Tech Investments



Jun.27 — Once again the U.K. government is making it a point to show off the country’s tech focus. Despite the distractions of Brexit, the U.K. is hoping to secure the economic rewards of being a destination for AI and cyber security investment and implementation. This week it helped unveil The London Cyber Innovation Centre, just weeks after announcing billions of new investment in the tech sector from oversees – with Salesforce among the international companies showing some love. Bloomberg’s Caroline Hyde sat down with U.K. Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, Matt Hancock.
