iPhone’s Night Shift Mode May Be HURTING Users | Mashable News



Researchers recently discovered that humans encounter more yellow light during the day, while twilight is bluer. This is the opposite of how iPhone Night Shift mode works, which decreases the amounts of blue on the phone.
