Michelin and General Motors Unveil Airless, Puncture-proof Tires



Michelin and General Motors are betting on near-zero maintenance airless tires for passenger vehicles of the future. The two companies are working on Uptis, an airless wheel structure that is puncture-proof.
Uptis is expected to hit the market in 2024.
