Black Panther 2 Wakanda Forever (November 11, 2022)

Marvel Phase 5 - Full List of Movies & TV Series due 2023

Wakanda Forever, sometimes known as Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, is the title of an anticipated superhero film in the United States that is based on the Marvel Comics character Black Panther. It will be the 30th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and will be produced by Marvel Studios and released by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. It is meant to be a sequel to Black Panther (2018), which was the last film in the MCU (MCU). Ryan Coogler is directing the movie, and he and Joe Robert Cole created the screenplay together. Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, Angela Bassett, and Dominique Thorne are starring in the movie.

After the first release of Black Panther in February 2018, ideas for a potential sequel began to emerge. Coogler negotiated to return as director throughout the course of the subsequent months, and Marvel Studios formally confirmed the production of the sequel somewhere in the middle of 2019. After the death of Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman in August 2020 from colon cancer, the plans for the film were altered, and Marvel decided not to recast his part of T’Challa in the movie. By November of that year, it was reported that other important cast members from the previous film would be returning, and the title of the film was unveiled in May of 2021. After beginning in late June and continuing into early November 2021 in Atlanta and Brunswick, Georgia, as well as several locations throughout Massachusetts, production eventually came to a halt in order to give Wright time to recover from an injury he sustained while filming. Production picked back up around the middle of January 2022 and continued until the end of March in Puerto Rico.

As a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Phase Four, the release of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is slated to take place in the United States on November 11, 2022.

The Guardians Of The Galaxy Holiday Special (coming during the holidays in 2022)

Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantumania (February 17, 2023)

The planned American superhero film Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is based on Marvel Comics and features the characters Scott Lang/Ant-Man and Hope Pym/Wasp. It is going to be the sequel to Ant-Man (2015) and Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018), and it will be the 31st film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It will be produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures (MCU). Peyton Reed is the director of the film, which was written by Jeff Loveness and stars Paul Rudd as Scott Lang and Evangeline Lilly as Hope van Dyne. Other notable cast members include Michael Douglas, Michelle Pfeiffer, Kathryn Newton, and Jonathan Majors. The screenplay was written by Jeff Loveness.

In November of 2019, it was announced that Reed and Rudd would be reprising their roles for the film’s third instalment. As part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s (MCU) Phase 5 , the film Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantum Mania is slated to be released  on February 17, 2023.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 (May 5, 2023)

The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is the sequel to the 2nd film. 3 is an upcoming American superhero film produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. The film is based on the Marvel Comics superhero team Guardians of the Galaxy . It is planned to serve as a sequel to both the 2014 film Guardians of the Galaxy and the 2017 film Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017), which is also the 32nd film overall in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, Elizabeth Debicki, Sean Gunn, Sylvester Stallone, and Will Poulter are among the actors featured in the picture, which was written by and directed by James Gunn. The film also features an ensemble cast.

The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is the sequel to the first film. 3 is slated to be released in the United States on May 5, 2023, as a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Phase 5 film slate.

Marvel Phase 5 - Full List of Movies & TV Series due 2023

The Marvels is the title of an upcoming superhero film in the United States of America that is based on Marvel Comics and stars Carol Danvers, also known as Captain Marvel, Kamala Khan, also known as Ms. Marvel, and Monica Rambeau. It is planned to be the sequel to Captain Marvel (2019), a continuation of the Disney+ series Ms. Marvel (2022), and the 33rd film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It will be produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures (MCU). Alongside Samuel L. Jackson, the film is directed by Nia DaCosta and is based on a screenplay written by Megan McDonnell. Brie Larson plays the role of Carol Danvers, and Iman Vellani and Teyonah Parris take on the roles of Kamala Khan and Monica Rambeau, respectively.

In July 2019, Marvel Studios announced their intention to create a sequel to the film Captain Marvel, and development on the film began in January 2020 with McDonnell joining the cast and Larson slated to reprise her role. In August of that year, DaCosta was brought on board, and it wasn’t until December that Vellani and Parris were announced as the cast. Blade Movie Marvel Phase 5 –

In point of fact, the first film that will be released during Phase 5 will be Blade, starring Mahershala Ali. Although it was claimed that this would be a part of the Phase 4 Panel, Feige later confirmed that the movie will actually take place in Phase 5.

After its announcement, the audience in Hall H gave a resounding round of applause, indicating that they considered this to be the most significant reveal of the panel. Even though the movie won’t be released until 2022 at the earliest, I have a sneaking suspicion that we’ll get to see Blade in one of the next Marvel movies before then.

Fantastic Four Movie – Marvel Phase 5

Marvel Phase 5 - Full List of Movies & TV Series due 2023

The Fantastic Four is also another big film that was paid lip service to in the Phase Four-Panel and it’s one of the major properties that Disney recently acquired in their Fox Acquisition that definitely holds a lot of potential for the future.

More About Marvel Cinematic Universe

The Marvel Cinematic Universe, sometimes known as the MCU, is an media franchise and shared universe that is centred on a series of superhero films that have been created by Marvel Studios. Marvel Comics, an American company that publishes comic books, is the source material for the characters that have been adapted into films. In addition to novels and short films, the brand also produces television shows, digital series, and digital shorts. The shared universe was created by combining several stories with the same cast of characters, places, and even some of the same narrative elements, similar to how the original Marvel Universe was constructed in comic books.

Iron Man (2008), which kicked off the MCU’s Phase One films and culminated with the crossover picture The Avengers, was the first film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (2012). Iron Man 3 (2013) marked the beginning of Phase Two, which was completed by Ant-Man in 2014. (2015). The third phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe began with Captain America: Civil War (2016) and ended with Spider-Man: Far From Home (2017). (2019). The “Infinity Saga” is the name given to the aggregate name of the first three parts of the franchise. Black Widow was the first film to be released during Phase Four (2021).

After establishing a presence on network television in 2013 with the premiere of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. on ABC, Marvel Television went on to establish a presence on streaming television platforms such as Netflix and Hulu, as well as on cable television through Freeform. In addition to that, they were responsible for the production of the digital series Agents of SHIELD: Slingshot. In 2021, Marvel Studios launched the production of their first original television series for streaming on Disney+, titled WandaVision. This marked the beginning of Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In addition, the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) has tie-in comics produced by Marvel Comics, a series of direct-to-video short films referred to as Marvel One-Shots, and viral marketing campaigns for the films that feature the fake news shows WHIH Newsfront and The Daily Bugle.

The franchise has accomplished a high level of financial success and has been praised favourably by customers for the most part. It has motivated other film and television studios to seek to establish comparable shared universes by adapting comic book characters into their respective properties. The Marvel Cinematic Universe has also been the impetus behind a number of thematic attractions, an art show, two television specials, guidebooks for each film, various tie-in video games, and advertisements.
