Scrubbing Dishes Sucks But This Robot Will Do It For Us



Dishcraft is on a mission to automate dishrooms in commercial kitchens. Their robot solution uses AI and computer vision to check for dirt, rinse, and scrub dishes, and it’s already comparable to human employees. More than a hundred years after Josephine Cochrane invented the first dishwasher, Linda Pouliot, Dishcraft’s CEO, talks about why it’s time to completely automate dishwashing – at least in restaurants.
