In the first few parts of this series, we learn how to create the Marvel style from photo reference. I believe this part is necessary because once we understand the mechanics of the Marvel style, and how to create it step by step from a reference, then we can easily create it from our minds. That is, if you can draw basic hair from your mind. So you must understand basic hair mechanics. There are so many tutorials out there for that already, so I’m not sure if I should cover the basics in this series.
