Harry Potter symphony orchestra live concert

Warner Bros. Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets Immerse yourself in J.K. Rowling’s wizarding world once again. A full symphony orchestra will play  a live concert to the classic wizard tale.

The new shows will feature a full symphony orchestra performing music to the entire Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone film.

The concert series will kick off in May next year at the Royal Albert Hall, followed by dates in Cardiff, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, and Leeds before ending in Glasgow.

Tickets are now available via ticketing sites including Ticketmaster, as well as participating venues, including the Royal Albert Hall in London and Liverpool’s Echo Arena. Some ticket re-sale sites, including GetMeIn, viagogo and are also selling tickets.

Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone from November 2001 [yes, it WAS that long ago!] starring Daniel Radcliffe. Watch a young Daniel Radcliffe in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. Fans or all ages will be able to relive the magic of the film in high-definition on a 40-foot screen while listening to the orchestra perform John Williams’ award-winning score.

Disney Jungle Book live concert

Forget about your worries and your strife – because the New Year brings with it our favourite Disney animation in live concert. Yes, this is real, this is happening. For the very first time, The Jungle Book will premiere at London’s Royal Festival Hall, bringing to life the 1967 classic with a full orchestra and singers.

The concert will include classic songs like: ‘Trust in Me’, ‘That’s What Friends Are For (The Vulture Song)’, and of course,’The Bare Necessities’. Aliens live concert

The classic 1986 science-fiction action horror film Aliens will celebrate its 30th anniversary this weekend with a special screening at the Royal Albert Hall, accompanied by James Horner’s score performed in full by live orchestra.

Aliens, starring Sigourney Weaver, is a stand-alone sequel to Ridley Scott’s Alien (1979). Nominated for seven Oscars, and having won two, the film is recognised as one of the greatest action movies ever.

The original and beloved 1986 theatrical cut will be screened while the memorable score, composed by celebrated composer James Horner, will be performed live by the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra, conducted by Ludwig Wicki.

Skyrim live concert

Based on the original score, Skyrim In Concert has “brand new arrangements” of Far Horizons, The Streets of Whiterun  and Dragonborn, plus others. It’s happening because the HD remaster has landed on consolesrecently, along with the Skyrim Special Edition upgrade for PC. But its also happening because well its an awesome soundtrack.
