The Worst Characters in Demon’s Souls Remastered

Demon’s Souls Remastered is an updated version of the game released in 2016. It was developed by FromSoftware and published by Sony Computer Entertainment America. It received positive reviews from critics upon release.

Unfortunately, the original Japanese voice acting has been replaced with American voice actors. Some fans were disappointed, others thought it would be awesome. I’m here to tell you, it doesn’t hold a candle to the original. In fact, there are only two characters that I like at all.

Here are the worst characters in demon’s souls remastered.

Arielle

The reason this character should be on this list is due to her constant whining throughout the entire game. She is completely out of touch with reality and acts like she owns everything around her. What’s even worse is that she’ll do anything for fame or money; that includes using other demons’ bodies and pretending to have psychic powers. It seems like this character had an addiction problem when she made Demon’s Souls, but then again, who am I to judge? This girl deserves to die more than any other character.

Dante

This is another one of those characters that I wish hadn’t been changed over. Dante from the original game was a badass who didn’t care about what anyone said and just did his own thing. He was also kind of perverted, which I liked. In the remake, he’s now a dumbass who uses his psychic abilities to get girls. So instead of being a badass, we get a weakling who can’t fight. The sad part is that the new Dante is actually cooler than the old one. He’s not lame and whiny anymore. He’s still pretty much useless. But he’s cute! I’ve checked casinoscout.io and I came across some interesting casino games with exciting characters.

Lilina

She’s so damn annoying, I think they might have added some sort of parasite into her head that makes her talk too much. Her dialogue will make your ears bleed. If someone ever gives me a game where I need to collect things from people, I hope it will include a mute option.

It seems like they’ve gotten rid of her body. They couldn’t even animate her right in their re-release. I don’t know if she can move anywhere else, but what happened to her legs? That’s weird! Also, why does she have no eyes? And how come she looks more like a mannequin than before?

I hate this stupid “girl” character. If I could take away half her dialogues and replace them with some other characters’ lines, I would. Or maybe I’d simply skip listening to her. Even though she sounds like she wants to go insane, we’re supposed to feel sorry for her. I guess.

Ellywers

You probably won’t agree with my review on Ellywers, because she’s really hot. No, seriously, she’s beautiful. I mean, look at that face! I wonder who gave her the clothes. Anyway, she seems super smart, despite what she says. I also don’t mind her attitude towards life. She thinks whatever she does is cool and isn’t afraid to show off her sexy figure.

She’s fun to watch and it’s nice to see her wearing something different. On the downside, this character has a stutter. It becomes painfully obvious during certain parts, such as the boss battles. I personally find it very distracting, especially since she doesn’t seem to notice herself doing it.

Now, you might ask yourself what I’m complaining about. Well, I just want her to shut up and stop talking. I don’t want to hear her whiney voice while fighting bosses. There have already been enough complaints regarding this game. Just leave her alone!
