Microsoft Outlook’s new feature will help you plan ahead

That sounds like an interesting move. The ability to allow an AI to group together similar thoughts, or collate similar file types together could be a great way to quickly organise a messy Space with dozens of people contributing to do lists, pictures, and extra bits.

The news comes as Microsoft unleashed a new unified Office app on Android. While the new software doesn’t replace the dedicated Word, Excel, or Powerpoint apps on the mobile operating system, it does allow you to read these files types on the move.

It also lets you read and sign PDFs, scan documents and share the resulting digital files in the cloud, and jot down notes that sync with the Windows 10 Sticky Notes app.
