2018 Movies – 2017 was a great year. Let’s face it, we had some amazing movies like Star Wars: The Last Jedi and The Fate of the Furious were box-office hits. Others like Dunkirk and Logan were widely accepted by critics as some of the best movies seen in their respective genres over the last year.

However, we have also seen our fair share of movie flops over the last year. Big budget films like Justice League largely failed to hit the mark at the box office. Others like The Doll Master and Factory of Paranormal were just panned by fans and critics alike.

The big one. After 9 years and 18 films, Marvel is going to give us the climax to this epic cinematic tale. Actors like Robert Downey Jnr, Chris Pratt, Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth will feature in this latest venture.This is one of the most anticipated 2018 movies coming this year.

 

Solo: A Star Wars Story: 25 May 2018. Directed by Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, Ron Howard.

This is one of those movies that has been called for by fans around the world. Han Solo one of the Greatest Leaders of the Rebel Alliance is getting his very own solo movie. Starring Alden Ehrenreich, Woody Harrelson, Emilia Clarke, Donald Glover and others.

  • Black Panther: 16 February 2018. Directed by Ryan Coogler.

Black Panther is symbolic in many ways, it is the first feature film of the young African king. And since it’s a Marvel project, we are in for a treat.

 

  • X-Men : Dark Phoenix : 2 November 2018. Directed by Simon Kinberg.

Logan successfully represented the X-men series last year now it’s the turn for the Dark Phoenix .

 

  • Deadpool 2: 1 June 2018. Directed by David Leitch.

After the success of the first Deadpool movie, Fox could not resist making a second. Deadpool 2 will feature Ryan Reynolds as the serial joker and reluctant superhero in this installation.

Will this save the fledging DCEU? That is probably the question on everyone’s mind. Regardless of the answer, fans are expectant of the potential of this latest venture.
