Dragon Ball Characters Who Have The Potential Of Reaching Ultra Instinct

If there’s one thing the popular Dragon Ball franchise definitely isn’t short on, it’s over the top Saiyan transformations. Yes, even though we’ve seen so many of them over the years, we just can’t seem to get tired of them. During the recent Tournament of Power, Goku represented Universe 7 and actually managed to achieve Ultra Instinct, even if he’s not entirely sure how he did it. Not that it managed to really get under the skin of the Saiyan Prince Vegeta or anything.
While we know our boy Goku can pull it off, what about the other characters? Who could achieve this that we haven’t seen? Ever since Dragon Ball Super: Broly introduced its titular character to the canon, fans have wanted more and perhaps this could coincide with his berserker tendencies. Because this form is so difficult to understand, many fans theorize that Whis, the High Priest and the rest of the Angels have already mastered it. What would happen if someone like the villain Frieza were to achieve this feat or a character such as the God of Destruction Beerus?
