How to Draw Comic Art Using Photo Reference

In this video, I show you how I create this comic art of Harley Quinn by looking at a reference photo. This can be a great technique for getting past a difficult panel. The main thing is to get fast at grabbing what you need from the reference image and apply it with your own comic art style.
